I don't think this is a great deal when the iphone 11 can be had for as low as $60 from Metro PCS, that's with 1 month service included and you wait 6 months instead of 12 for unlocking.

I was able to add the phone and $15 plan by going to phone buy page selecting color and clicking check availability. Then before choosing a plan open new tab and BYOP (https://my.boostmobile.com/shop/buy/plans/) with $15 plan and click Choose Plan. Total (before tax) in cart $214.99.

I activated my phone. When I log in to my account I only see the "change plan" option giving me the current $40 plan or a $60 plan. How does one downgrade to a $15 plan? Thanks.

Put the sim in another spare non-boost phone, then login in boost one app and wait (maybe over night, maybe 1 - 2 days), when the phone showed under your plan changed to that non-boost phone, you should be able to downgrade to some other choice. I am not sure if $15 plan is there, but they do provide more choices such as $100/year plan.

In my experiance, I can see $100 and $15 plan after 3 weeks (since activate sim).

I ordered and received one of these phones. I ordered it for my brother but then found out he is on straight talk, not boost. But such a good price for this phone. Does someone know if it's possible to cancel the service and use it as an iPod touch / Wi-Fi device?
