PSA for anyone who is thinking of buying anything on Prime (i also used credits to purchase). If you are into Atmos, the Prime version of Top Gun Maverick does not include atmos but instead 5.1 sound. This probably happens for other films as well so worth looking into if it matters. If you don't understand or care please ignore.

But for those that do, I bought this on both apple & prime and it's definitely more immersive atmos on Apple (playing through various platforms; Fire Stick, Google TV not just apple TV). This is my most nitpicky thing I've done in a long time, but I wish I'd spend more Prime digital credits on The Office seasons.

Truth be told if someone did care and into Atmos they would not stream it.

There is a significant difference between this on Apple vs disc, convenience will not override this.

This is one movie I had to see in the theater... twice! In fact, the first time I saw it in a theater with the chairs that move, synchronized with the film. It was awesome.
