It is not the same. B1G1 50% off is equivalent to 25% off each game. B2G1 Free is equivalent to 33% off each game.

Buying in store and using price matches in conjunction with the promotion is your best bet at getting a decent value from this sale.

A few pre-order games are working. Lies Of P for Xbox and PS4 (its coming to game pass though), 2K Drive, Tintin Reporter, Exoprimal PS4 and a few others. Not great discounts but discounts nonetheless. Just order 2 and cancel 1.
