Drinking an Americano from the Pro model now. I would pay this price in a second if mine broke (they do break eventually) and never go without one of these.

Excellent machine, I have one. Would recommend bumping up to Pro for finer grinder settings.

Only complaint is the single hole steam wand is kinda slow. Great machine, holds up very well.

Espresso machine is amazing, the grinder is temperamental and hasn't worked for me in 2 years. Had previously returned two of them due to the grinder failing when I was on protection plan from a big box store.

Got this machine as an entry into espresso. As another comment notes the single exit steam wand is slow. That's the primary reason I'm itching to upgrade.

Fair deal. Price is just a little lower than pre-pandemic pricing.

BTW to get the best from your coffee, you don't want to leave your beans in the hopper since they go stale very quickly. Roasted beans should be stored an airtight container, and ideally refrigerated.
Arent beans like bread in the sense that it will quickly dry out? I assume if its "air tight" it shouldn't happen but very few containers are truly so.

I got this last year for $499.99 at a HomeGoods in Las Vegas. I jumped on it right away as the cheapest I could find it at the time was $599. I had a Bambino Plus which I had for a few a li'l over a month before. I returned the Bambino after a week of using the Barista. Easily better in every way. Very simple to use and easy to maintain. I can honestly say I can make some form of espresso better than what I used to pay at Starbucks. I use Lavazza and Blue Bottle coffee and it comes out perfect every time after practice and dialing it in.

Worth it guys. Maybe they're coming out w/ a replacement model soon but this is relatively slick for what's out there in this price range so if you're on the fence at buying an espresso machine this one is solid in this price range.
