how difficult was the RMA process? over the weekend, had a Sandisk Extreme suddenly enter read only mode and couldn't format, delete or move data. was able to back up and start an RMA. WD/Sandisk replied about 1hr ago to start an RMA but don't want to send in a card with personal pictures or information that can't be deleted before sending back.
was about to order this as a replacement but now hesitant.
