I had one of these and anker doesn't guarantee this to work with any MagSafe case fwiw. They said to use it without a case. It was a pita to get a return on something bought 2 days previously. I usually am a fan of anker.

I find it funny that every single ad for this type of product shows the phone without a case. Do they really expect an average person (not the Uber rich) to spend $1000+ on a phone and not protect it with a case at all times?

Unfortunately there's a misconception with that for iPhone wireless charging

AFAIK only Apple and and some Belkin charging accessories have made for magsafe products

Absolutely love my charger. Although I got it from my ex - it was a very thoughtful gift from him to think of me while traveling and/or my work commute to the city. Highly appreciated and highly recommended.

DO NOT buy a 7.5 watt wireless charger. This is very old technology you will regret it. You can get a 15 watt one on Amazon for the same or cheaper price. Trust me, even a 10 watt feels slow.

I have this version for about 2 years.

My recommendation is to stay away from this model. Takes forever to recharge itself…about 2 days. It last about 1 charge for an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Charging it gets very hot. Charging the phone also gets very hot. I did an RMA on this and the replacement gave me the same experience.

I purchased a couple of a similar product off Amazon that also includes an LED battery level indicator. Been using them for a couple of months and they are fantastic. Would not over pay for the Anker name with half the battery capacity.
