    Mine just arrived yesterday. Confirmed that no data is coming through, at least on the USB c port. I guess that's good for travel and you're paranoid when plugging your USB and phone into unknown sources.

    I have a USB multimeter and will check on amperage and voltage coming through.

    I checked 2 out of 3 cables that I had connected around my house. I used my S10e phone, which is QC 2.0 capable. This is using the USB-C plug only, connected to QC capable charger.

    In one, it was charging at what the phone said was a normal rate, not fast charging. It was only putting out 0.75A, so at 5V, that was only 3.75W.

    For the other cable, it was REALLY deficient, only outputting 0.3A! That makes it a very sad 1.5W.

    So I recommend everyone connect their devices right away, and if you get any 'slow charging' notices, return the crappy cable.
