    They took me on the cat treats they had a week or so ago. Supposed to be 4, only got 1. I think they are doing this knowing there are lazy people like me that won't call and raise hell about it. Good way to get people to buy.

    I've ordered this before and only got one 3lb bag. They refunded it, re-ordered...same thing again. After that they refunded it and cancelled the order. Good news is at least my cat ate free for 6 lbs worth of food.

    Well I just got one 3 lb. bag. Chatted with customer service, they assured me that they would reorder and I would get all four bags. I asked if I could get a refund if I only receive one bag again - they said yes. Let's see what happens.

    The first three ingredients are proteins. Not sure why you think that's a problem.

    I wouldn't personally buy this food just because of all the marketing lingo. "Natural", picture of cracked egg for some reason, no by-product meal, #1 chicken without steroids(FDA banned the use of steroids in chicken since 1950, it's even noted on the bag), grain-free, etc. This statement is good, from another site. "Is this a food made for ME to feel good? Or is this a food made for MY PET to feel good?" None of that marketing is relevant/better for your cat.

    The Purina pro plan deal from Chewy yesterday was at least as good as this food.
