Got this last Black Friday at Best Buy for$200. It's been a great TV and would definitely pick it up again even at this price.

All of you saying you bought this during Black Friday for $200, it is not the same TV. This one is the older model and has a Roku interface. The $200 Best Buy Black Friday model is 55S546 with Google interface and was rated higher than this one on Rtings reviews. This one doesn't get as bright for HDR content. Although still a great TV. But not at this price point.

Is this a good tv strictly for cable streaming (mainly sports)? In other words, no gaming, movie watching, etc. I'd mainly use this on a covered patio.

I got the Google TV version of this for $198 Best Buy during Black Friday sales. It's been great so far the 4K with HDR Dolby Vision looks awesome

I have this exact model on my covered patio. It has a Roku built in for app streaming. Not sure what you mean by "cable streaming" but it has a cable/antenna hookup.

I'm probably not using the correct term here, but what I meant is streaming Xfinity cable via the Roku app. So I'd rely totally on Wi-Fi and the Xfinity/Roku app.

Thanks! I think 65" might be too big for my uses. Honestly 50" would probably be best, but 55" should work too.

Yes. It will work for that just fine. That's how I use it. WiFi only, no antenna or cable. Plus a sound bar. It's great.
