My dads 2.1 LG sound bar has randomly been changing sources and turning off. Saw this when I was at Sams today. I currently own the M-Series and love it so figured this would be a good replacement for his 2.1 system at this price. Usually see it at $200

Mine failed just a few days ago after 2 years. No longer connects via bluetooth or optical. Sound is also mediocre

Not atmos. If it's atmos then you'll see it like this 5.1.2

V series just has full range woofers, M series adds tweeters. Both use the same sun, no idea about wattage, but the sub makes great bass for its size. I use both, I prefer the M both are 2.1 configs. These are the way sound bars should have sounded when they came out 15 years ago(more?)

Has had it for over 1.5 years, no issues, no disconnect issues. Great sound.

Had this for over 2 years from Costco, exact same price when I bought them. Had to reset it a couple times due to disconnecting issues but overall good speakers.

Is this the one that's plagued with the constant subwoofer rumble noise?

I have a Vizio soundbar with rear speakers for 10 years, still going strong and it is in my cave now. Went with a new Samsung 85" Tv and sound system.... Think anything made during covid lockdown is crap....

Reset, how? By unplugging it from the outlet? If yes, it'll fail eventually.

Upon initial release this system had that issue but a few firmware updates later and it works great!

Agreed. My dad been using it for 2 days now and there is no subwoofer rumbling issues and or other issues yet.

There is no EARC or HDMI output like my M-Series but with his Vizio M Series TV it works seamlessly. The volume displays on the TV unlike the LG where he would have to look at the tiny LED display on the sound bar to see the volume level. With the M Series and a compatible EARC TV it allows any TV to do the same which is worth it if you have any brand TV other than Vizio. The additional 2 rear channels blew his mind. He thought there was people talking behind him 😂 Overall he is happy with it. If you want EARC, Atmos and need a HDMI in and out on the sound bar go with the M-Series if you have the additional funds to get it.
