I haven't compared the -10sw and -100sw directly but I have used the -10SW, -12SW and -120SW (and tried the -100sw, which sounded fine, I just wanted the 12")..
There is a very noticeable difference to me between the -12SW and -120SW (the -12SW is much muddier and "loose" while the -120SW has a much tighter, punchy feel to it).
The -10SW doesn't seem to have that same 'muddy' feel as the -12SW, which is interesting, so I'm not sure how much of an improvement you'll find in the -100SW, but I would assume there is something there.
The -100sw/-120sw are newer models of the -10sw and -20sw.
TLDR: the 10/100/120 all seem to perform pretty well whereas the 12sw is the one that gave me the most trouble. This is with 2 of them in my setup, both behaving identically to eachother.
(Using them for a home theater setup and music listening. I found that the -120SW and 10SW let me get much more enjoyable bass out of both, while I had to keep the gain on my -12sw's very low so that it doesn't ruin it)

The BIC any day. Klipsch isn't really known for their subwoofers, they have been trying really hard but fail to match up with BIC or SVS. HOWEVER, you cannot beat this price so if cost is more important, this will make you plenty happy.
I have a Klipsch SPL series sub and am happy since it was half the price of an equivalent SVS
I am dealing with Adorama trying to get a refund for 5 weeks now. Bought brand new sub from them and got used and scratched unit instead with missing parts. Shipped it back to them, 5 weeks later after numerous chat messages with support, no sub and no money.
Klipsch R-12SW 12
CONDITION: OB
Klipsch R-12SW 12" 400W All-Digital Powered Subwoofer, Brushed Black Polymer Veneer
$159.00
Open box** this is also available with $25 shipping.
Saw the R-12SW was also on sale. Went ahead and ordered it and it should be here tomorrow.
My current sub is 8" and about 20 yrs old and has a super sensitive dial. It was time for an upgrade and this is definitely going to be better.

SVS PB2000 at $599 is a good deal as well.
