I had it and I should have returned it. It is too weak and would not pick up human hair or even debris on hardwood floor even with the turbo mode.

B+D handheld vacs are bad investment because of battery issues as well as price/performance ratio.

For what it's worth, I think this is basically the same as the Black+Decker Max+ DustBuster AdvancedClean+, with a power brush attachment added. Consumer Reports rates that as the third best hand vacuum reviewed (rated just slightly below the top two reviewed) out of over twenty reviewed. For the sale price, it looks like an excellent deal in my opinion.

I see several negative comments here, so I admin Im a bit confused. I literally just used it again yesterday. I use it as a car vacuum and its awesome specially with dog hair on the carpets and seats. Even without the brush, it does a decent job with small leaves, etc. I would highly recommend it!
