Buying the 140w charger. Recently 2 year old UGreen 100w charger stopped charging my dell inspiron laptop. Reached out the customer service and they refunded 100% back. So I m getting another one now. Customer service is great.

Inferior to what? Apple? Yeah, just so long as it works, has passed UL/ETL testing, and has a decent guarantee then I don't see the point of wasting your money unless you want to do some superficial bragging (in which case you'd seem pretty pathetic for treating a charger as a status symbol).

If it's Monday, it must be Ugreen Shilling Time.

Received the 140W last night and using it on my HP Envy x360 2in1 right now charging with no problems. A little warm to the touch, but no warmer than the 65W HP power supply usb-c. I've got it plugged into a multi-port adapter too with HDMI, etc. That adapter is a little warmer than the UGreen.

I ran my notebook on battery to 9%, and started charging. It's at 84% right now at about 1 hr. I haven't really timed the HP stock power supply, so I'm not sure if this is faster or slower. But for now it's fast enough for me.

Not sure why your friend's HP ZBook G8 won't charge. What power supply wattage did it come with? I think most comes with 65W.

My coworker bought the 140w adapter with a usb c cable but couldn't charge his HP Zbook G8 laptop. I also have a G8 laptop and want to charge it via USB-C port but after his experience, I am not sure if this 140W adapter can deliver.
The laptop can be charge with a Dell hub via USB-C port.

I've had 2 of the 100w ones for several months and haven't run into any issues with charging or the rate of charging.
Thanks - just put in an order for one. Need something to charge my battery packs quickly.

So what? These are the best prices so far, and Ugreen's customer service is way better than Anker's which makes basically the same products in the same OEM factory in China.
I consider Anker a highly reputable company with excellent customer service. I tested products for them 15 years ago and provided honest reviews, and always look for Anker/Eufy brands first before checking the competition. Recently, I had a USB-C HDMI display extender/adapter begin flickering after 360 days of continuous work-from-home use. I submitted a support ticket on their website, followed a troubleshooting step given to me via email, and then they sent me a replacement that I'm continuing to use. My point is, Anker customer service is top notch and they stand behind their warranties 100% of the time in my observation. Their battery products are among the best too.

The power adapter that comes with the laptop is 150W.

I bought the 140w charger last year, it has worked out well and charges everything quickly. I have 1 port hooked up to a Samsung 3 device wireless charger, and the other two ports to open USB C cables. One "quirk" is it seems to restart all connections when a new device is connected. The wireless charger lights blink like it was just connected, any phone will show the charging icon reappear like it was just plugged in.

I know ugreen is starting to seem like a shill job, but I've been happy with their stuff. It's really all about price to me though. If they go up much more, I'll start looking for another cheap Chinese product to use.
I think the quirk on 140 watts one you mentioned makes it not a good charger. If all ports have to re-negotiate power on "dedicated marked" ports…then to me this is a wash!

Also I can't say for other models but my existing anker chargers (737 and 727 charging station) do not renegotiate power to existing charging devices. It's a real pain that it mirrors power outage scenario where everything connected gets power cycled when you plug or unplug a device to this charger.

10NEXODE does NOT work. Code only takes a very small fraction off - NOT the amount posted on this deal.
Code discount is $2, you have to clip 30% off coupon too which requires payment with Discover card

This 140W definitely will not work as you've found out.

Not sure how it would be if not re-negotiated. You'll have to have dedicated ports for said watts. But I'm not sure what the problem is with re-negotiating power as long as it's enough for your devices.

Feel free to buy them. It's your money. All of their products are inferior and are heavily shilled here and via compensated Amazon reviews.
They are decent quality,It's the Chinese Belkin, not quite anker.

I've been eyeing this 3 pack of Anker chargers:
https://a.co/d/3YRxMih

But don't know if it'll charge my pixel 6 at full output (20W). I'm very confused about PD and Quick charge and all that.

I'm sure the Ugreen 30W will work at 100% output because from my understanding GaN is the latest tech right?

But if someone can tell me if the Anker works with my pixel 6 then I'll get the pack, i always lose chargers. Thanks in advance everyone Smilie

The math seems simple but I don't think it would need all 150w for charging. I was able to use a Dell docking station that provides 90w PD and able to charge the laptop while using it.

update:

I bought the 140W adapter anyways and wanted to try. it actually charges my HP laptop.

No, you don't. you don't need the full wattage to charge (in general) but it might not be at it's exact top speed charging. 10 watts difference the laptop probably won't know the difference.

I recently bought the 2 port 45w charger. never hits 45 watts. At best with only one port plugged in it does 32 watts on port 1 and 30 watts on port 2.
another thing I'm not fond of is if I have two cables plugged in, but only one device charging is the wattage drops to something like 25watts peak.
