This stuff is great for burgers or as a beef rub for say Brisket. I haven't seen it in a store in quite a while.

Stay away from seasoning that includes salt. Salt it yourself separately with quality salt for way better flavor and dry brining.

I will share a hamburger dry rub recipe that is delicious: black pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika. Listed in order of most to less. Adjust quantities however you want. Use as much or as little as you want. Put it on one side or both. whatever. I've never failed to grill some damn awesome burgers. Patties are simply hand-formed ground beef with a dimple in the middle. The most thinking involved is weighing out 4 ounces on a scale for each patty Big Grin

For the most part, salt is salt. All that really matters is the size of the grain. Big squares dissolve slowly and little grains dissolve quickly.
