They've held up fine for me, but the sleeves are a bit shorter than I'd like and don't hug your arms (they bag outward a bit) and after multiple washes, I'd say the collars get a bit loose, but they've held up well enough, so not a bad deal for $2 a pop.
The speckled ones seem much better than the solid colored ones, might just be that they hide wrinkles better, but the material just seems less stiff.
