I don't have a problem with this person because this is a global issue with NB that people new to purchasing from them may forget to check. NB run small nowadays and I wear a full half size and extra width up in the exact same shoe.

I wear 10.5 4E. Ordered NB and it was HUGE. Had to go down to 9.5 for a fit. So I am not sure about what you are saying. Thankfully it was from Amazon with free returns.

I have to differ here. Our last order had 2 full sizes of variability for a single size across multiple models. And JNBO is absolutely horrible to work with, it's just a half-assed arm of NB proper now. Their service used to be really good. I've always accepted the idea of having to pay for returns, but with them it's much more of a PITA than, for example, Columbia who charge a flat fee and provide a label.

its a sneaker. Go to a brick and mortar store, try it on and done. NB is a high quality brand, its not like their size 10s vary from sneaker to sneaker.

THis place is turning more into a whining for why something isn't slick instead of just moving along if the deal is not for you...

In this case, I do feel like people need to be warned about JNBO because they're so far from the company they used to be. And my daughter has size 5 NB that are bigger than her other size 7, same brand. It's wild.

I sent him a question last week, and still haven't received a response. I have no prior experience with this seller. No response and no free returns is a no-go since I've never tried these in a store.

I agree. I had no idea and stopped me from purchasing. Charging for returns is not a smart business move.
