I am in the same boat. The micro center by me has one in stock. It's killing me not to go there but with the C3s coming out so soon I'm going to hold out a bit.
Saw the C3 at Costco today. They are coming!

Very tempting. But for me an extended warranty is a must. I'll never buy another oled without at least 5 years of burn in protection.
Which model did you buy that left you with regret?

I'll also take a 77 inch G2 for 2000 new or refurb, I wish I knew someone with the employee site access. I wonder how much the G2 and C2 are going for there.
Bare minimum difference.

G2 77" = $3240
C2 77" = $2519
B2 77" = $2069

C2 77 is $2,519.99 and G2 77 is $3,240.00 on their employee/partner pricing currently.

Decided to take the chance and see if my local store had one. Picked up the last one they had in stock. Not quite a 0 hour steal, but only had 180 hours and looks pristine.

Just curious if you checked the hours used prior to buying at the store or after setting it up at home ?

The B7. After just under 4 years of use the panel started to degrade. I know people say "burn in a non-issue with these new oleds" but they said the same about the B7 when I bought it. Rather safe than sorry.

I went to the store outside of Cincinnati.

Yes, fully boxed. All accessories accounted for. Looks like the screws for the stand may have been repackaged, but everything else looked like original packaging.

I did not check it in the store. There was still a 30 day return window on the purchase. I decided that I'd give it a chance and if it was a ridiculously high hour count then I'd just return it. They were prepared to open the top to take a look at the screen / overall quality, but I don't know that they would've allowed me to plug it in and check the screen and hours in the store.

Yea the burn in I don't think improved until C9 or CX. I guess I will see myself, I have a C9 and a C2 now.

2K is just hard to take on a used tv, would definitely have to add the warranty on it. I actually bought my first TV warranty ever on my brand new 65 C2.

I picked up a C1 Refurb last fall from them that had 0 hours, film still in place, accessories never opened and has been flawless in the first 6 months. I'm not worried about burn in as I almost never watch any static content.
On a refurbished TV, if they replace the motherboard the hours reset to zero

You literally couldn't pay me 1,799 to drive out of state to lug a refurbished 77 oled tv back in a vehicle. Can literally achieve the same thing , better deal, better tv, with about 3-4 taps on my cell phone while never leaving the couch. No extra warranty and no idea where or who refurbished lol is this a joke

Im going to wait for at least a C2 to get to 2k though. I plan to game and play computer games on it
