Several reviews report occasionally rotten packages, sometimes even while still sealed and not leaking. Leaking is a different issue, which is also bad, but rotten while sealed is very disturbing.
Still, if they actually ship 12 at this price, it's likely worth it as long as the majority are okay.
Seems like a good idea to check before using or donating though.

Mine came today. 4 boxes of 12 twin packs! Aug 2024 exp, not bad.
