The Vista is more popular, so it has a decent resell value. It has non-rethread straps and adjustable footrest. I also think it wheels a little smoother, though the Peg Perego is plenty smooth. The rear wheels are further apart, which may, in theory, lead to more stability, but also makes for being a fairly wide stroller.
They both can support two basket seats, but the Vista requires you buy a second, smaller rumble seat for the bottom. This makes it a bit odd, since you're putting the smaller child further away from you. The Peg Perego's uses the same basket seat for top and bottom.
