I don't see any reviews on this site online. Is this site legit?
It is legit. I booked my hotel reservation through Oneair and I didn't have any issues. I also got a discount. It's free to use right now and some of my friends also booked some flights on there. I didn't hear anything negative so far. It seems to be a good deal.
Bringing up an old post to help others. Company is advertising on the stacksocial type of deal sites at the moment.
Based on the FAQ, it looks like you book using OneAir. OneAir sends you deals, you click the link, find what you want, and use OneAir to book the flights. So instead of booking directly with the airline (which is what other deal sites do), you are booking with OneAir. OneAir is a travel agency/booking agent. I am not a fan of this because if there are any issues, you have to work with OneAir, not the airline directly. Booking with the airline directly allows the airline to help you in any situation. You also avoid the fee's listed below.
Looking at the terms and conditions under #22, there could be fees for booking per ticket? https://www.oneair.ai/terms-and-conditions
Up to $35/ticket for economy, up to $150/ticket for business/first. <-- other booking sites like Expedia do not charge this
Then there's fees to cancel within 24 hours; $50/ticket for economy and $75/ticket for business/first <-- All airlines and booking sites offer free cancellation within 24 hours
And if it's beyond 24 hours; fee's going from $50 - $250 <-- airlines usually do not charge a fee for this (other than basic economy). It might be just travel credit but no fees.
And if you want to change; fee's $100 - $250 <-- airlines usually do not charge a fee for this (other than basic economy). It might be just travel credit but no fees.
You would basically lose out on the savings based on the fees and cancel/change fees if you needed to make any changes.
