Stack Social has $50 aloSIM Mobile Data Traveler Lifetime eSim Credit on sale for $24.99.
Thanks Staff Member MrsClause for sharing this deal
About this Product:
An eSIM is a digital SIM card. It's basically just mobile data. Once it's activated on your device, it can connect you to data networks in other countries – giving you an internet connection with NO roaming charges.
You'll get $50 in eSIM data credit, which is almost always enough to cover all your data roaming needs for a full year. But if you run out of data, you can always top up your lifetime eSIM and stay connected internationally.
With aloSIM, you can load prepaid eSIM data packages onto your phone, tablet, or computer.
This collaborative space allows users to contribute additional information, tips, and insights to enhance the original deal post. Feel free to share your knowledge and help fellow shoppers make informed decisions.
Length of access: lifetime
Instant digital redemption
Purchased coupon must be redeemed and used within 12 months
This deal is not stackable (one offer per aloSIM account)
A $4.50 data package will last 7 days
The data DOES expire, and you WILL NOT have any leftover data for your next trip unless it takes place within the validity period. While the eSIM never expires, the actual data package is only valid for the length of time stated at purchase (i.e. seven days after activation, 30 days after activation, etc.) So if you buy a seven-day package and only use a tiny bit, that package is still going to expire after seven days.
Access options: desktop or mobile (check compatibility)
Max number of device(s): 1

The European regions aren't that great, covering 4 countries (western europe), 6 countries (Mediterranean), and 11 countries (eastern europe), 3 countries (Scandanavia), and a UK/Ireland region.
I think Airalo has better regional coverage (Europe = 39 countries) at slightly higher prices if you're doing quite a bit of traveling.
From the few I've seen, prices are the same at Airalo on an individual country basis.

Personally I value keeping my US number active when I travel. Especially if you rely on text messages for 2-step verification. Fi also has excellent coverage in terms of countries it works in. I just transfer my number on eSIM from Visible to Google Fi before I travel and transfer back after the trip. It is mostly seamless, although on a couple of occasions I've had to deal with CS to complete the transfer.

I have Verizon and it allows me send regular SMS (not iMessage) on Airplane mode through Wifi. This is something I wasn't aware of.
Google Fi also allow you to has multiple data SIM for FREE
so you can switch to umlimted plus plan and have unlimited data service across multiple devices ( multiple persons) while roaming in multiple countries.
For example if you travel to more than 4 countries in western Europe using this offer you will need to buy multiple credit

I got it. Much cheaper than market and it says it uses LTE at reputable carriers at the 2 Asia destinations I am headed to this summer. Will see how it goes.
A lot of the Asian countries has "traveler SIM card" at very reasonable rates. For example. Singapore has $10 USD, sim cards that has 100gb for 10 days. Taiwan has $17 USD cards for 7 days and 10 gb data. Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand, all have traver SIM at similar rates.

Got any links to these travel SIM cards? Can they be shipped to the US? I could use something like this for a trip this Fall.
I ordered mine on Amazon. Search for Orange Spain. Looks like the price went up slightly, but you can see the seller's website from there. From the sellers website, you can order the eSIM. I Spanish SIM worked great in Germany and Iceland.

Which is just giving you a point of reference, not establishing expiration of credit.
The credit expires in a year. The esim never expires so you can just buy more after a year. Most esim providers except Bne use the same gimmick that you can top up at anytime.
So this is only for data and we do not get a local number right?
Uber, all will work with phone numbers. So this is the drawback?
No local number given for the plan. But why do you need one for Uber? Is it for the driver to contact you? I've used Uber in other countries without a local number and had no issues.

Could you please point out the seller on Amazon and their site? I am more interested in esim. Thank you.
