false. this requires a ball, rope and some type of anchor to hang it from.

It can depend on your garage config as to which is handier. I've hung a tennis ball before---and I walked into the tennis ball far more than I've tripped over the stop on the floor.

Just substitute this with a brick, rock or even an old frying pan LMAO

Like some other poster mentioned already, the double sided tape gives out after a short while so might as well tape some free item you got laying around the house to achieve the same goal.
