For people wondering if there's actually bleach in it..

"Basically, conventional whitening toothpaste contains abrasives and bleaching agents such as silica, pyrophosphates, hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide, which remove the extrinsic stains, thereby lightening the teeth color."

This product has silica abrasives in it. Take that as you will.

I am an oral surgeon. Do NOT use this stuff. It contains alcohol. Alcohol WILL disrupt your oral ecosystem. Use something like the Colgate Cavity Protection toothpaste, it frequently goes on sale on slick deals, but it isn't that expensive either way. Bottom line, avoid this stuff like the plague.

There are other things to avoid as well that may not be found in this toothpaste that is found in others. For example the Colgate total contains chemicals that claim to "whiten" your teeth but are really degrading your enamel layer by layer revealing white enamel underneath, so effectively not whitening. The only proven way to truly whiten teeth is hydrogen peroxide, commonly found in whitening strips.
