Thanks OP, bought 2 as well as 2 of the tri-fold lights [walmart.com]. Even for other budget brands like Ulanzi and Neewer, the cheapest their light wands go for are about $50 and most of those aren't RGBIC, but only RGB (solid color change).

Anyone trying to experiment with light painting on a budget - NOW is the time to do so.

Update: These somehow got delivered same-day even though when I ordered it didn't say that - no complaints from me. So, that being said, they are pretty nice looking and robust "enough". You can easily swing them around without fear they will break off at the plastic hilt, but don't treat them like an actual toy and bang them together.

As another user asked, they do run while plugged in. Since I don't know yet how long the battery lasts you can at least know they will run off a USB-C power supply.

Update #2: Forgot to mention, not only is it RGBIC, but it does have dedicated white/yellow LEDs too!

Thought this looked fun a few days back and picked one up, mostly for my son. For the price it was definitely worth it. A ton of different light patterns & colors. It even has the screw connection on the bottom for a tripod

Ordered for pick-up. There's a surcharge for pick-up if you're under $35. I tacked on some items I was gonna get anyways so it worked out. My store says limited stock so hopefully it works out. These will be fun for the kids during all the summer night activities.

Can anyone comment on…
How long they can run continuously for?
Can they run while plugged in?
How long does it take to charge?
