"Petitioner's crime was primarily an offense involving improper record keeping (42 U.S.C. § 843(a)(4)(A)), the specific facts and law of the case show that it was related to a failure to properly record and document the distribution or dispensing of a controlled substance."

Now more and more people are becoming aware Musk is a sociopath serial liar who will never give you what was promised. M3/Y are extremely overpriced if you compare to any similar car in China/Europe, If those were sold in the US no one would buy a Tesla.
They've been ripping off people for a decade with the FSD vaporware and putting lethal alpha quality software on the road. So many deaths and lies, no consequences or lawsuits, because Tesla is a US company unlike VW, Toyora who were heavily punished.
Wait a few years, lots of great EVs at much cheaper prices are coming. Tesla's are poorly made cars pretending to be luxury, with great battery tech and a focus on software. A Bolt EV without the busy dash and probably GM's UltraCruise which has been delayed for years would sell far better.
The auto pilot in a Tesla nowdays is not really that much better than the lane keep systems in Hyundai/Toyota/GM when it comes to highay driving, which is where 99% of use is. FSD is a total joke. EAP should be included in the car price.
The sweet spot for M3 owners was buying one in 2017/18 and then selling it for profit in late 21/22.
TLDR - Its still a great car but very overpriced. Demand and hype meant Tesla could inflate price while cutting down features for years (its an anicent car design). Those days are gone. I believe there will be further price drops before end of year.
It gets worse.
Of the 20,600 EVs sold by GM, 19,700 of them were bolts; a car that costs half as much as an average Tesla and generates a mere fraction of the profit margin.
So with what volume GM and ford are even able to produce they aren't making $hit for money off of it and killing their ICE business in the meantime. Do you think that's competition? Do you think that's a stable business model?
Dodge's consumers buy their 1-Dimensional legacy cars because they make vroom vroom sounds with ever progressively bigger engines. Do you think their consumer base wants EVs in the same way?
This tired old competition is coming argument is BS and it needs to end. It's been years now, look at the data, none of it supports that idea. Tesla lowering prices like in this thread only further hurts the competition's ability to even tread water, they already make little to no money on EVs as-is.
But I agree. It's difficult to sell a 50k car to the masses with 7% apr and weak economic conditions.
That said I have been proven wrong earlier, people go over their limits and wait for cars to be possessed and hope govt prints more money.
Average new car cost is in the mid $40K these days. I was pricing out a Mazda CX50 the other day and it topped $40K. Whoa. Agree that most Americans can not afford a new car of any type.
For me, that $50K Model Y is comparable to a $35K RAV 4 when you factor in fuel and maintenance savings.

5th time you've failed to address the oil change question that makes it obvious you're wrong
...that's...not how P/E works... at all... P/Es are higher for companies expected to grow fast in the future.
Tesla is growing very fast. Tesla's revenue cagr over the last 10 years is 69.6%
GM is...not doing that. In fact their 2022 revenue was... about the same as their 2012 revenue....
Tesla has no need to "catch up" to GMs P/E ratio- it'd be nonsensical to suggest they do. Tesla ALREADY PASSED GM for total annual revenue, and will pass them in total sales this year or next, and continue scaling at a fast rate for the rest of the decade.
GM continues to struggle to build any significant # of new EVs, even ones they introduced a year or more ago- and shows little sign of future growth at all.
I notice you've avoided answering my no-oil-change question 3 times now. Clearly you KNOW you're wrong and can't admit it.
100% wrong.
But hey don't' believe me, here's the actual government agency that regulates warranties to tell you I'm right:
https://consumer.ftc.go
Not "did something incorrectly during maintenance work" but "didn't maintain" as in- did nothing.
Bro, can you just admit that you're wrong about the use of the word "improper" so we can all move on? It takes a real man to admit they're wrong. So…

So I still was not.
If you fail to change the oil on your ICE, and the engine dies, your warranty will be denied for improper maintenance.
I've asked the dude 5 times to address that and he keeps trying to push the goalposts further and further away from it.
Especially when the ORIGINAL goalpost was his flat out wrong claim the Bolt had no required maintenance....despite Chevy telling him otherwise in the owners manual.
So maybe let's start with him admitting THAT was wrong, then we can continue down the moved goalpost chain from there. Sound fair?
No inventory, ordered base no add on model Y on 2/2, est delivery been constantly pushed, now to June 1st in socal….

For those who can afford $50k cars, great. At least they still make sedans.
I'm waiting for more 25-30k EVs that common folk can buy.
Tesla is very much like Apple - insane marketing hype, good products at ridiculous markup. But guess what, people love high prices and think price = quality. Apple drove prices of all phones higher and led them to remove features (repairability, sd card etc). Tesla is doing the same for EV.
If you are buying a RWD Model 3 yes- otherwise no.
Why do you need apple car play on Tesla? Have you used Tesla interface?
