Yea, my theory is that the m3 redesign will include the lr. And if we're lucky it'll qualify for the full credit.
I had the m3lr and now have m3 rwd and the range feels the same because you can get the lfp rwd to 100% as much as you want, i would only do 80-85% not the LR..
Chevy is also the company who has designs to remove CarPlay from their lineup as well, being forced to use their garbage UI is not something I want to be forced to do.

They've had the technology for decades and never developed it fully. It was just for show to appease the fakers

They do- but at this point "have some of the best hybrids" is a bit like bragging about making the best horse wagons in 1910.

You ignore the hidden tax of RWD -- Supercharging.
RWD still suffers Supercharging slowdown from 250kW to 70kW after 80% battery full. You'll charge much longer in a RWD to get the same range as a LR.

So a lot of non-Tesla EVs are having their credit cut to $3750 on that date (the Mach E and Bolt for example). For Tesla the only thing impacted is the RWD Model 3 since it uses LFP cells from CATL in China... all other trims of the 3 and Y use 2170 or 4680 cells, all made in the US.
Well- no....
For one- your link is about a roadtrip... 99% of driving is local- and you just charge at home and don't care about fast chargers in the first place.
For the 1% of driving that IS very long trips what your link describes is only representative of NON TESLA EV ownership- because Teslas fast charging network is massive, quick, and incredibly reliable
No.
4/18 doesn't change anything for anybody with Tesla except buyers of the RWD Model 3 config specifically- for them it drops to $3750. For everyone else- no change.
Actually your Tesla does A for you- automatically integrating charging stops if your destination is beyond the cars current range, and even pre-heating the battery for faster charging before you get there.
And other than once, over Thanksgiving, I've never had to wait to use a supercharger....even then it was only ~10 minutes because cars don't tend to need to stop longer than 10-15 minutes with Tesla charging speeds these days.
On the other hand, for the 99% of your life you are NOT on a road trip, it's massively more convenient just charging at home while you sleep and never having to waste time 1-2 times a week stopping at gas stations.
NET time "wasted" fueling your vehicle over any long period is MUCH higher with a gas car than an EV.
First- the car doesn't have ordinary cruise control.... second, ultrasonics primarily a PARKING sensor- and pretty useless for DRIVING.... because their range is only a little over 20 feet. Unless you're only doing like 5 mph you'd hit anything before the sensor noticed it was there.
I mean, it's literally the safest car on the road, but it's your lie, tell it however you want...
Actually they are involved in vastly fewer accidents than the average vehicle
For example in Q4 2022 a Tesla using autopilot crashed once every 4.85 million miles.
The national average for all cars is one crash every 652,000 miles.
So roughly 7.4 times more likely to be in a crash in a NON Tesla than a Tesla on autopilot.
Actually EVs are 10-100 times less likely to catch on fire than gasoline cars.

That's a weird claim given how massively Tesla is outselling them.
It's almost like people prefer the vastly safer, vastly better performing, vastly better charging network, vehicle over one that refreshed the bumpers more often or something.
Of course you don't. Thanks for debunking yourself
More EVS catch fire and explode numerous times quickly and for no apparent reason that gasoline cars.
But you keep being you, wrong.
Yes, i guess so are just so above all of us, huh, not caring what kind of car you drive at all. Good for you.
Edit: I am not crazy about the looks of a Tesla either. I get it, it's polarizing. There are some people who love it and some who don't. But at least it's not a Bolt. Don't get me wrong, a Bolt has its place and purpose. A good-looking stylish car, it is NOT. I think every non-Bolt owner (and probably many Bolt owners) will agree to that. I think if you are in a professional building parking lot, being seen walking out of a Bolt would be downright an embarrassment. Ok, some of you are above looks and materialism, good for you. The rest of the world doesn't operate that way. You can potentially find the president of a company drive a Tesla, but you are not going to find one driving a Bolt. Not the president of a real company with 50+ employees (unless he/she is so big and rich he is doing it just to prove a point like Bill Gates). Let's be real hear.
Comparing a Bolt to a Tesla has to be the dumbest thing I have ever heard. They both have their merits and their weak points, but they are COMPLETELY different types of cars for different target audiences. It's like comparing a Bolt to a golf cart. Both do their jobs well, just meant for different purposes. So stop with the stupid comparisons.
Lmao my boss who net worth end with a B drive a 2023 Bolt. He is very embarrassed about it that he talks about the car daily.
"I guarantee"... 🙄
It's not smart, it's stupid. And no, just because something is different, doesn't automatically mean it's better, that's the big mistake here.

You've been provided with multiple sources for it- you simply refuse to read them (or have tried, and been unable to understand them)
The Y is likely to be the best selling vehicle -of any kind- worldwide this year. It was already the best selling by revenue last year.
The Model 3 is the #2 selling sedan in the US this year so far, though only a few hundred units behind #1 (the Camry).
