I don't recall, but half off current gen games is $35 & half off previous gen is $30. $20 (71%) off usually doesn't come until 3 to 4+ years after release.

I actually would usually buy them for Half price in January after release. That was just about the standard for a while. This one has been taking it's sweet time though.

Out of curiosity, I checked the price history on other CoD games, and it looks like it was MW 2019 where they first bucked the trend of half pricing in January. Goes along with the bigger focus on Warzone instead of DLCs. Since then, the 50% mark is almost exactly a year after launch.

Deals on mw2019 were better from what I remember. I scored that for $35.00 two months in. I don't think this years game is doing as well as mw2019.

Agreed. Totally anecdotal, but it sure seems like the game price increase coincides with a longer wait for discounts. For example, Dead Space was released in Jan and is still so much.
