Might want to double check your receipts and email confirmations. Checkout shows that I'd be receiving 2 gift cards but the receipt and confirmation make it clear that only one is being processed.

That's normal. Target "charges" you for the $15 gift card but reduces the price of the items by $15. So you're still getting the gift card for free. It's just the way they itemize everything.

My email for the gift card for listed twice as well.. so I might be getting $30 worth of gift card for spending $35 on $50 worth of supplies lol..

It doesn't show the discount separately, but your total is $15 cheaper. Compare what the total should be to what it is.
