Might want to double check your receipts and email confirmations. Checkout shows that I'd be receiving 2 gift cards but the receipt and confirmation make it clear that only one is being processed.

That's normal. Target "charges" you for the $15 gift card but reduces the price of the items by $15. So you're still getting the gift card for free. It's just the way they itemize everything.

No. Some rebates are with $30 purchase and some with $20. It depends on what you buy.

Regardless of the rebate, the total needs to reflect at least the amount of the rebate you are trying to get. For example, as I mentioned the spend $50 get $15, your final total must reflect at least $50 AFTER THE $15 GLITCH in order to qualify. If you order $50 worth of stuff, and your total is $35, you will only qualify for the $5 rebate.

The other rebate is buying tide/dreft and downy scent boosters. Must buy one of each, and total be at least $30 to get the $10 rebate. So if you ordered $40 worth of tide, and $10, worth of downy scent boosters, your total would be 50 - 15 = $35, you would qualify for the $10 rebate but not the $15 one.
