This is a reputable brand in China. I've had far more Monoprice and Anker cables fail on me.

I have plenty of external enclosures and hubs from them, and generally navigate to the brand. All positive. I'm going to buy this out of spite.
oh, and i've been here a minute myself, whatever that's worth. I support SD making money, and giving us discounts on crap we might need, damn them!
