On par on with Gatorade and Powerade. But even the "Lyte" versions have some sugar, due to the coconut water.

Also, a small amount of sugar actually helps with the rehydration process. The non-Lyte versions of these, like most sports drinks, just have too much sugar.

Just a heads up, these have a lot of sugar. Many other options out there for rehydration.

I like these a lot but they are very sugary and expensive. This is a good deal come in at .95 a bottle. However Costco has the 20 variety pack lite for $15.99 which equals .74 a bottle and a lot les salt and sugar. Just in case anyone is interested.

Appreciate the heads up! <$1/bottle is a great price for these. I haven't offered someone the Lyte and they NOT like it. Definitely recommend anyone give them a shot. 2g of sugar for the whole bottle btw

I find the Lyte ones are all pretty damn good, though I agree with the other people who mentioned too much sugar in the regular version. Peach mango, Blueberry pomegranate and Dragonfruit berry are the ones I usually go for.

I got the Blueberry pomegranate 12pack/16oz for $7.74. I clipped a 20% coupon and did S&S, not sure where the second coupon came from.

I agree, too much sugar, but I hate the Lyte taste of fake sugar, so I actually cut these in half with water. That halves the sugar at the same volume and helps with rehydration.

Thanks for the heads up on the fake sugar. It is odd - they claim "No Artificial Sweeteners" but then the 2nd highest ingredient after water is Erythritol, (and Stevia is also added)

Recent reports about Erythritol are very bad. Linked to higher rates of heart attacks and strokes. Not saying it is worse than sugar, necessarily, but I will be avoiding it.

Walmart has it for basically the same price. BODYARMOR Lyte Peach Mango Bottles, 20 fl oz, 6 Pack $5.98 x2 $11.96
looks like the Walmart pre-reduced price is 6.98. Clearly the MSRP of the amazon 17.88 is inflated to make it look more like a sale.

Kinda my point. 😁 All those drinks are loaded with sugar. There's plenty of other options with less sugar- Nuun, Liquid IV, etc.
