I am thinking it may not need to be refrigerated, no sugar and vinegar/salt. I tend to err on the side of caution for "refrigerate after opening" but some hot sauces can stay in the pantry

don't get this unless you plan to put the entire bottle into your fridge or will split up the bottle into smaller containers and refrigerate/freeze. I bought this the last time it was on SD and didn't have any place to put it.

Correct. The packaging says nothing about refrigerating as I recall. I usually refill a small bottle that I keep in the fridge but store the rest in the pantry. Curious for those that have frozen this. Any change in taste/texture afterwards

In my experience, you CAN leave it in your pantry as far as food safety goes, but it does tend to lose flavor over time.
