Also was it on vipoutlet website or through their ebay store?
Walmart stopped editing shipping addresss. its taking based on ATT billing address, so additional cost to me get it from that location to my home. otherwise its great for 100$.

i just bought one ATT upgrade line for $99 + tax 6 + upgrade fee $35
last time after i received the iphone, i paid off from my ATT account and it get unlocked.
