Not worth it, basically you're paying for the phone and additional service, since the iphone 11 is about $250-275, just do the math.
Are you automatically eligible for another upgrade once you pay off the phone in full or do you have to wait 36 months either way?

Yea, you can just pay it off directly from verizon. Then you can upgrade again.

I called walmart help center and rep also tried to place the order for me but he also faced the same error. He opened the case to fix the error. If we all call them for same issue , may be they take it on priority.

Just a thought , not mandatory though. This is not price mistake so should not be an issue calling help desk of walmart.
I chatted with them last night, and they said they would contact me about the checkout issue thru email. I still haven't heard back.

Locked in for 3 years for a 4 year old phone. Not a good deal. Paying higher prices per month for an outdated phone.

Just pay the phone off and you are not locked in.

No direct way as i know. ATT and Verizon's are Expensive postpaid services and DO NOT offer anything that consumers can tweak to get it unlocked etc..

i have an expereience ATT did not unlock on 34 of 36 months due to my international travel need. i waiting all 36 months completed, to get it unlocked.

Other way is find a friend/someone who have ATT Postpaid with NO contract, ask them to place an order for you. once iPhone delvers, they/you can pay off the total of 99$ and then he can request ATT for unlock. without opening the box cover it can be unlocked. try this.

Finally got one from Walmart store for $99.

Steps:

1. Added line into my account.

2. Paid $98 upfront .

3. Paid off $1 at local verizon store to do the buyout. Paid $1 in cash so no question was asked.

4. Called customer service to cancel the line.

I just told Doc Brown that I'm borrowing the DeLorean for the day. I'll let you know soon.

Do you need to have the unlimited plan? Which "qualifying service plan" is required?

Did not work for me. I have purchased several iPhone SE from Walmart with success and never had an issue.
