It would be an ok deal if the ssd and PSU wasn't skimped. But it's a pre-built so expect bottom of the barrel parts.

This is not a good deal RIGHT NOW considering the plummeting SSD and RAM price. CPU is also a few years old. So, I would call it a good deal if it were for $500 or less.

500 or less is wild. The cpu and gpu alone are worth around 350 bucks. 800 seems reasonable considering like 2 to 3 years ago you'd probably see prebuilts sporting 10400Fs and RTX 2060s with 8 to 16 gigs of ram for about a grand.

I've had terrible luck with HP. They do some really shady stuff with their builds - like requiring purchasing their version of Corsair memory. Search for N30L memory problems.

I'd never buy an HP again.

This is a horrible deal because Nvidia is overpricing their cards. The 3060 is still going doe $350+. With that money, the 6700XT absolutely demolished it. You can build a 5600 & 6700XT for this exact price and will be a 1080p monster and do well at 1440p.

No one notices the built-in graphic chip in the CPU? It means you can always pull the GPU and still be able to use the PC.

Guys, when is the replacement for the 5700g APU coming out? I don't game so I'm not planning on getting a GPU for my long awaited and overdue built in the H1 v2 case. Also thinking of going with the 3600k and call it a day?

I'd never buy an HP again.
The problem comes in that some people dont understand the difference between XMP and JEDEC speeds on their memory. All those people complaining about their memory running too slow bought XMP rated memory, which HP dosnt support.
HP motherboards dont recognize XMP profiles, so your memory has to actually be JEDEC supported speed to run at the required speed.
