For $30 more it may be worth it to switch to the Sapphire model. Performance technically should be the same, but they are more highly rated in the AMD graphic card space.

I have the base model of this Asrock card and I have zero issues. No coil whine, good aucoustics under load, etc. What does spending an additional 12% for the Sapphire brand net you?
I undervolted my RX 6750 XT last night for the first time on Linux using the CoreCtl utility, and Steam games the junction temperature has dropped tremendously. I am using a mini ITX build i.e. a cramped case and not even a case fan (yet, I have a Noctua NF-S12B redux-1200 PWM arriving Sunday).
It was hitting mid-high 80s C on a warm day and not it is <72C peak I would call it a 15C drop in temperatures while running above the stock speed (slight over clock 2680MHz vs stock 2618 MHz) completely stable. I like games like Battletech. FPS dropped either not at all or maybe 2-3 FPS at most, or maybe just my imagination. Getting 122 FPS in 1400p on Ultra graphics every setting maxed on, using a AMD FreeSync Dell monitor.
Parts of the game where you're not 'on a mission' but back on the ship it was hard to get the temps to drop before, now the fans spin down to low speed and I switch to CoreCtrl, and it's at 47C in game.
I am also looking at a new 3060 Mobile (3060 Laptop) graphics card (PCIe card that uses the 3060 Mobile GPU) for $128.05 shipped. Yes that is the laptop GPU put on a PC graphics card that is just 80 watts max power draw, is faster than a RX 5700, and just shy of RX 6600. This according to Techpowerup. On And before someone jumps it ... it's new factory fresh with warranty not a use mining card. On UserBenchmark site the 3060 Mobile GPU is faster than RX 6600.
Is it as fast as a RX 6650 XT? No. Is it half the price of a RX 6650 XT? Yes.
