$50. You can also use another different $5 off $25 (catalina or other sources) for a max of $10 off $50.
Total - DQs = $50+ to use $$ off coupons like 5/25 x 2. If you only use one 5/25, then then subtotal after dQs applied would need to be $25+
DQs don't impact x/xx that EARN BC.
I hope this summarizes it cleanly:
15/50 (earns BC) works as long as your pre-tax total is $50+
5/25 (takes off $5) works as long as after any digital coupons are deducted before you calculate threshold ($25 in this case).

It would have to be a different type, like one that prints on receipt or a CAT
and of course, it could be a different value, as long as both thresholds are met (5/25 and 10/40 would require $65 subtotal after dQs)
reports on er1ca's site indicate that the emailed 5/25 isn't single use (but would be once per transaction).
