nOob question, but what do the reward dollars mean? Are they instant rebates or similar to kohls cash to be used on a future purchase?

Some of these (like the gaming truck) have rebates available through other vendors for those that don't have Walmart+ I'm fairly certain I'm not allowed to state which rebate app but it's a fairly well known one! Just do a quick search and you'll find it.

Added to your account and can be applied on future orders. If the same account is used at sam's they can be used there too.

These rewards are the same deals from a certain shopping app (the name will be blocked). You can't do both. If you have the reward box checked on the Walmart item page, you will only get the + rewards. You need to uncheck the boxes to get the shopping app rewards and bonuses.
