Vitamin D needs a fat to absorb with. I think he's talking about the first which has soybean and corn oil to provide those fats. Seed oils have a lot of controversy surrounding them due to their manufacturing process, chemicals used, possible health problems, etc.

Doctors best use extra virgin olive oil so for whatever that is worth.

The whole point is pretty much moot though as you should be taking vitamin D with a fatty meal anyways.

It's low quality if they are using cheap refined oils. There's numerous competitors in this Space.

There are two different products in this post. PP uses soybean/corn oil, and Doctor's Best uses olive oil. If you want to threadcrap, at least be specific on which product you are crapping on, as they are two very different products

If you wear a lot of clothes when you are outside, to keep warm or to prevent sunburn, you still might not be getting enough sunlight. I have labs every six months. When I'm taking D3, my levels are good. When I'm not, my levels are low.

Same and same. I heard it takes over a month to get raise levels so ive been taking 2 a day, and kirkland brand is 2000 iu this one is 5000
