In other words, whey-based protein products like this are better for those trying to build muscle.
Genuine question and trying to understand the nutritional value and benefit of relatively expensive product
Side note: I do love and eat the quest protein bars.

Side note: I do love and eat the quest protein bars.
2. Strict Calorie Limit (see 1. above)
3. Cost is high (unlikely to open 6 bags and go to town)
4. Convenience (easier to pop and eat on the road than a protein shake / yogurt cup)
5. Protein is known to satiate longer than other macros
6. I signed up for optavia (used to be medifast) once I learned their "diet" was nothing more than a very expensive ~1200 calorie a day plan of 5 high protein ~100 calorie snacks and a high protein high vegetable dinner, I substituted my own ~100 calorie snacks and healthy dinner and ditched that expensive nonsense after the intro month
7. Having a variety of high protein options is better than cottage cheese and greek yogurt all day

But chips on the other hand, not only they are even more expensive than their bars, but have my doubts that I would want to reach out for the second bag (may be even third) lol.
