I use these chips as croutons in my salad with a greek yogurt based dressing and chopped chicken breast for more protein. Super low calorie, high in protein, delicious and refreshing

Also to note that this is made out of whey protein. The plant-based protein products can be cheaper but your body has a stronger response to animal-based protein sources for muscle synthesis. It takes something like 3x as much plant protein to have an effect (though you can combine animal and plant-based sources to have a similar effect).

In other words, whey-based protein products like this are better for those trying to build muscle.

In fact, studies have shown that whey and plant-based protein powders are equally effective at promoting muscle hypertrophy, or muscle growth, as long as they contain similar amounts of protein and BCAAs per serving

Nice deal since usual price is $10 for 4 bags in store. I usually smash the chips and toss in 1/4 cup of fat free shredded mozzarella to make it a roughly 200 calorie, 26g protein late afternoon snack. above that 1g per 10 calories ratio is nice

I think this is the best flavor. Actually tastes like a taco, lettuce and all!

The reason I asked is because quest bar is similarly priced to regular bars and yet is filling with good nutritional value. I have never felt a craving to eat second quest bar.
But chips on the other hand, not only they are even more expensive than their bars, but have my doubts that I would want to reach out for the second bag (may be even third) lol.
They're really filling and satisfying to me. I've never really wanted a second bag, they hit the spot and the protein keeps me satisfied for awhile

Every time I ordered quest chips through Amazon, at least 50% of the bags came crushed into small chiplets.

Overpriced =yes , but for the amount of protein vs the amount of joy these give me they are worth it at this price . I am doing macro not low carb and I find these pair best with dip ( I do Lipton onion mixed with Greek yogurt) and these completely take care of snack fomo when my cravings are high, plus for about 200 calories for the chips and dip and 30 grams of protein I'm full and happy so not overpriced ( regular price is ridiculous but 31 for 24 bags not bad )

Nacho flavor has a similar deal $37.48 before tax.

I like nacho and have come to like ranch. Sam's had a 14ct 7/7 on sale awhile back, but this is a better deal I think.

I also really want to try the spicy. I haven't seen it at Walmart yet but will try a single bag.
