Also other colors are the same price and the coupon is accepted, but won't apply when you get to the check out.

Is this the version with the tongue being part of the upper and thus hard to fit your feet into without a shoe horn? It makes for a "clean" fit but is a PITA to get into.

I loved the DS18 and went through eight pairs a few years back but for me, DS20 and later had weaknesses with the heel clutch. That piece of plastic would wear through and shave your heel. Really disappointing too because I really liked my 18s.

The GT-2000 is my favorite, but for some reason the trail edition of the 9 has a more narrow toe box than the 10 or even street 9.

I'm noticing that newer Asics shoes such as the GlideRide and EvoRide are ankle biters. The heel collars are super stiff and cut into the Achilles and tendons behind the ankle and heel.

I have 2 pairs of GEL-EXCITE 4. They made in China and the glue didn't stick so well after a few months of use. Not sure if they've improved since then. Looking for another pair of shoes for the gym (running).
