Every Ferrero Rocher item I've tried that is not the golden balls from an alternate universe where pain, illness, boredom, war, and sadness exist.... is just disappointing.

Nothing is as good as the original.

I actually really like it, recommended if you enjoy hazelnut chocolate stuff. It has a light feeling to it.

Tried these, felt they were just too cloyingly sweet (even for milk chocolate). The balls-version is also sweet, of course, but somehow that just seemed better.

Updated to add:
Er, I probably could have phrased that less inappropriately :p

I recently came across these at Walmart, and it's delicious. I do like the dark chocolate version, though. Milk chocolate was on a sweeter side for me.

it might be the shape, where the sweetness doesn't hit you all at once with the ball version, but with the flat bar, you get too much too quickly. laugh out loud

If you have a grocery outlet some of them have it for 99 cents a bar. They're alright. I like the kinder bueno more.

I was very pleasantly surprised by these. They do not taste identical to the classic Ferrero Rocher balls, but I think that's a good thing. Not sure exactly how to describe the flavor. More mild than the traditional balls, with a softer texture. Really tasty though.

Not in my opinion. Tried milk chocolate ones and they are overly sweet, which was overpowering. Very different than the balls as the ratio of crisps to chocolate is different.
