If I wear my hearing aids and this set of headphones, will it harm my hearing aids?
Thats an intersting question I hope someone in audiology could chime in one. My speculation would be that it would be okay, all other things aside because they are like in ear monitors. My first instinct tells me that the aids may have features using a microphone that could cause intense feedback if not mitigated. I found this article though:

Thank you! Will the magnet in these phones cause issues for my aids?
If your headphone magnets of any kind cause interference with your hearing aid (say a dynamic driver headphone like a Sennheiser) then yes, this will certainly cause you the same issues if not more. Instead of a magnetic ring seated behing a conic polymer driver... These use alternating rows of magnetic bars and a micro thin membrane stretched between them.
The result is that your ear is closer to many more magnets than they ever are in a dynamic headphone. You could literally accidentally pick your keys up with these if you swept them nearby on your desk or something... a feat that most dynamics aren't capable of.
If you don't have interference with other magnets, then these shouldn't cause you any trouble.
Bought a HP from them listed as B-Stock. Not sure what that mean, but from reading on their website it's a factory slightly imperfection? But recieved appear to be a customer return used with hairs in both cups. Nasty - Last time ever buy anything from this site.
Very true. If you're already at $509 the extra bit is change.
I have the normal non-Stealth Magnet Ananda and love them.
Bought it from Amazon warehouse at $505 with Amazon CB. Arrived brand new with factory seal still intact lol had to cut it open myself. Evidently someone returned without opening it. Luck of the draw. Was hoping it wasn't going to be fantastic so I could return it as I already have open back cans. Unfortunately these are my first planar headphones and they are so much better than anything else I have so I have to keep them.
