If the surface go is $500 at bestbuy, while $599 at Costco, it tells me that I am really only effectively getting $100 for my trade-in.

Does Chromebook qualify for trade-in? It says "any working laptop" and Chromebook is technically a laptop with Chrome OS.

Weird that it doesn't have Chromebook on there but it has iPads.
Seems like something you could win in a fight but I wouldn't wanna just ship off my laptop (or iPad) and cross my fingers.

I picked up this laptop for $500 at Best Buy. It's a nice laptop , only con is trackpad takes time to get used too.

looks like you have to ship your old device to them (prepaid UPS label provided). i wish you could just trade in in store and not have to worry about the trade in getting denied

Those first 3 are all touchscreens.

Okay. Let say the manufacturer date is 2014. But you bought the laptop in 2018. What gonna happen? That doesn't really make senses to me

If they gonna go with manufacture date, I will pretty sure a lot of claim will get denied. Some people just do not know
