They aren't the only sellers who do this, but probably the most egregious and most blatant. The general shady behavior of their Ebay store has discouraged me from buying their products, even if the products themselves are good.
Before promo period price, During promo period, (with promo applied)
110W = $149 -> $159 ($135)
160W = $149 -> $199 ($169)
220W = $349 -> $359 ($305)
400W = $649 - > $719 ($611)
They also do lots of "shenanigans" by offering ultra-low prices to certain parties that cannot be replicated on open Ebay.

As BrandonIT has pointed out, this sale isn't a particularly great $/W value for portable panels, aside from the 110W and 160W ones.
110W @ $135 = $1.23 / watt
220W @ $305 = $1.39 / watt
400W @ $611 = $1.53 / watt

However, they also do 50% off...of the retail price of $399....shady business!
However the stand for this panel is completely useless, and I have to haphazardly use nearby objects, such as tree stumps, rocks, boxes, etc. instead which often collapse easily as I adjust it manually to periodically account for the movement of the sun across the sky.
I would only recommend this panel if you can find or build some type of separate adjustable stand (with arbitrary tilt and rotation) to place the panel on. If anyone has a suggestion about this, it would be most appreciated.

Yes if your in a pinch it works great. but speaking from experience, prolonged use of an inverter destroys your car battery. The constant draining and recharging especially if the battery is ran dead.
When was it this price point? Still going on?

gone as far as i know...i would have bought more but they were pulled off the shelf after a week in my area.

I wonder if a music stand or drafting table will work. One is not that's stable, while the latter is usually expensive.
Due to the long length, weight, and large surface area against wind, any stand would need to be close to the ground and be wide enough to provide support to all of the panel segments.
Furthermore these solar panels are extremely portable, fitting into a thin and convenient carrying case. So any stand for these panels need to also fold down or disassemble into a similar compact portable size.
A drafting table is too big and not considered portable.
Music stands are designed to hold paper (sheet music), and even multiple stands together would not support these large solar panels.
