Nice deal, Pity I still have the Ink Business Preferred active and just applied for Freedom Unlimited... A word of caution with their UR Travel service. I had very negative experience with them lately.
On one occasion, I planned my conference and booked the hotel with UR Travel instead of using the conference link. The price was similar, so I decided to earn a few points... That was bad choice because:
They charged the full amount immediately instead of placing a hold.
When I wanted to shorten my stay, it took me almost 2 hour on the phone to change it. And even then, their portal still shows the old travel dates and it took them 2 weeks to refund the difference, so that I had to pay the balance first.
On the other occasion, I tried to book a cruise with them - even worse headache. They do have some cruises online but not all of them. And definitely they don't have any of the optional packages the cruise lines now have to sweeten the deal. My cruise was not available on the portal so I ended up spending 2-3 hours on the phone with very ignorant UR rewards employee who wanted nothing more than to end the call.
And most importantly... The Ultimate Rewards Travel has been outsorurced abroad, to multiple call centers in at least 2 multiple locations (I heard 2 different type of accents, both equally bad). The UR Travel call center used to be 100% English speaking, very knowledgeable, very nice and attentive representatives. Not anymore. Upon your call you are getting to the badly accented employee who is clueless as to what you are asking such that you have to repeat yourself 2-3 times. Mid you, English is my second language too, so I don't mind repeating, knowing that my accent is also bad. But I also know that it is not that bad so I have to repeat myself so much so it gets tiring. There is also bad lag between you talking and call center responding. This is confirmed on every occasion I had to interact with them. The only way to solve this is to immediately request the US Representative. At least for now this works, but who knows for how long.
Thanks for the heads up. Refer my wife to sign up. That's 15k for referral and 80,000 once the spending requirements are met.
That's what OP said. 80k + 10k in branch.

Anybody have any advice for juggling personal and business cards from Chase?
I have a Chase business card, and signed up for a second, personal card a while back. The whole thing was a total mess. I couldn't see my personal account details after logging in, so I reached out to customer service. After three phone calls over several days I was finally told I would need two completely separate logins (which I thought was dumb since I was offered and approved for the card while logged into my business account). This also meant the app was a pain because logging out removed biometric authentication. It was such a disaster that I just ended up cancelling the personal card.
Is it just not possible to manage personal and business cards from the same place?
Edit: alright, people can quit responding that it's possible to manage both. Apparently, either there was something specific with my account, or I had a series of bad customer service reps, because they explicitly told me they could not merge the accounts. Maybe I'll try again in the future.
those who applied in branch, do you have to give out your private info and job detail to the banker and the banker applies for you or you get to use their computer and you get to enter your detail and you get to apply yourself on their computer?

You can combine them if you want. Many prefer not combing them. Just call business customer service if you want the option.

I faced this too. You can manage personal from your business login/profile, but not the other way around. So use business to see all, including cards and accounts.

You'll tell them your info. They will input it. That's how it works.

When I did it in branch, they asked questions and typed everything in. The only thing I keyed was my ssn.
Correct. Online doesn't give the extra 10K, but is easier and a better option for some. There are also diminishing returns on 2K spend for only 10K additional miles. I would have done online myself for 80K due to a busy schedule (it took me nearly a month to get into a branch) had I not missed it by one day.
Remember if you already have a card like me. You only get the referral bonus for 5 new people. I think that's yearly. So there isn't a point of referring more than 5 people.
