I'm not seeing a coupon to clip other than a $5 off Venmo one for spending over $50.

I got these after Lasik since there was a pretty significant coupon in the local paper. It sounds like there's a lot in the bottles, and there sorta is, However, since they are preservative free the nozzle is really tight and the directions say to let a drop out BEFORE putting into eyes to clear anything in the nozzle. Its also hard to always ONLY get one or two drops in your eyes since you have to squeeze fairly hard but not TOO hard.

I honestly found the normal single uses to be much more convenient and and more or less just as cost efficient when you account for wasting a drop every time you use it and accidentally drowning my eyes on occasion because I squeeze too hard.

The 30% coupon doesn't appear with the link provided. I tried searching in Amazon and found it.

This is a different product from OP, but it does have 30% off coupon. I ordered one for $12.49 after coupon and tax via s&s. Thanks.

Do people really read directions for putting in eye drops?

For preservative free ones - I would imagine. If you are spending a premium on PF artificial tears I assume there is a reason.

In my case, eyes are more susceptible to infection / bacteria after Lasik and PF eye drops are mandatory for the first 30 days (at least). Since most PF eye drops are single use (to prevent contamination) I wanted to make sure I was properly keeping bacteria out of my eyes.

The best is Lumify, $20 for tiny bottle. All other brands suck.

I like Rhotos a little better than Lumify. They keep my eyes clearer for longer. If you like Lumify though Costco's normal price is like $15/bottle. Amazon is normally more but has it cheaper sometimes on sale.

Today is actually exactly 5 weeks since I had it done! So far after some recovery I am really enjoying life without glasses. I got a type of Lasik that is more precise, called Wavefront. However, even though I saw one of the top fifty Ophthalmologists in the United States and did my research I wasn't quite prepared for a few things. This is just my experience with the Ophthalmologist but -

There are at least 9 total appointments over the course of a year. Your consultation, pre - op, surgery, and 6 follow ups. (They did explain this in office.)

For my pre-op they double strength dilated my eyes. I couldn't see for most of the day. (I was totally unprepared for this to happen)

The surgery is rushed and a sensory overload. I was nervous. No research I did indicated how LOUD the laser was. It literally sounds like they are using a taser on your eyes. You can also smell your eyes burning. They also DID tell me the operation was quick but it was so quick it was disorienting. They did everything, shined some bright lights in my eyes to check them out and pushed me out the door all in less than 20 minutes. It was so much so fast.

Be prepared to spend $100+ in eye drops

Lastly, and most majorly, almost ALL complications from Lasik happen during recovery. In my case while I was sleeping my eyes got so dry that when I opened them the flesh ripped off my right eye and I woke up unable to see anything out of my right eye. They really took care of me and assured me I would be alright but it was scary. I have made a full recovery and currently have 20/20 out of that eye!

Thanks for that. Never heard of Rhoto. Saw they have all kinds of drops. I'm going to try them.

I use the max redness relief. I didnt know they had some of those others, thanks for the link. Be aware they sting just a little bit for a few seconds and will make your eyes tear up. Then shortly after that your eyes feel great. I tried the dry aid one too, but that one didnt work as well for me

That's not the same eye drops. The ones on Amazon have preservative in it. You should only use a preservative eye drop up to four times per day.
