Its an ok deal, prices have been lower, but always check your area for rebates. https://rachio.com/rebates/

It's simple, the connections are marked, it requires a screwdriver for the physical connections, the only tricky part was the rain sensor wiring. The Rainbird WR2 seems to trip people up.

I am seeing 6 zone on eBay but not Rachio site. Is that an older model?

I believe the 6-zone is a Costco exclusive.

Sidenote: considering buying the 6-zone from eBay because it's a better deal at $99.

If you google for rachiot coupon, you can find 20% from manufacturer website. Ends up Same price as Amazon.

Im probably getting it from eBay as well. I have only 5 zones. Don't need more.
