1) these are "small" for typical American stature (over 6ft tall, *** lbs weight etc), you will barely fit in.
2) SL-track, is just a marketing gimmick. Does NOT fully go down to the back of your thigh. Just barely rubbing tail bones.
3) built quality is not as high, and vibrates while rubbing over it's own shell/frame. makes cranking noise. as if you your transmission is going bad.
4) remote is total garbage, and no manual exists for these. there are English, Chinese, Korean language switch version. And got a friend to translate them. Much clear than the Engrish options.
5) total body scan, is a joke. It does nothing but go up and down. Is not fully scanning to optimize to your size.
6) over all these are good for glorified back massage.
7) don't forget to get your watch off before you get squeezed. ;-)
8) before you plunge, find a place (mall, or furniture store) to try similar ones out; check specs, and compare. good luck!
Initially I asked nicely that they extend the warranty since we're having a hard time trusting their service, they refused. They tried to make me keep it but I negotiated a refund (thank god)...I asked for white glove to come get it, they refused. I'm going to have to haul it down to my garage, or pay for white glove. One thing is for certain, I will not keep this chair...I will not recommend Titan or Osaki...in fact, I recommend you run from this on the off chance you get a dud. My experience with them has been simply dreadful and just today I told them I was going to say something about it. Hopefully this helps if you're on the fence.

Nice! $100 cheaper than previous fp deal. I missed 1k Titan recent deal. May bite on this one. Its more expensive, but more features too, and is more powerful
Side note, these things are stupid heavy to get upstairs. I asked my delivery guy if he brought his muscles and paid him an extra $50 to help me out. I can't imagine picking this thing up again 😮 💨.

So as I'm 6'3 and pushing 270 of what used to actually be muscle - if as you say that they run small, most everything it's supposed to pleasantly do will likely hit in the wrong way/place or come up short of actually being comfortable even for just trying to sit still with my now doctor damaged bad back.
Thanks for the list of details, as you likely saved me from a frustrating experience of obtaining and then having to return this heavy one.
